Girl Scouts

All courses are mobile-friendly and self-paced. Live zooms only complete a portion of the badge requirements, you are required to complete the remaining course work on your own through our video instruction. Use what you will learn within these courses to become a better photographer and preserve memories for generations to come!

Sometimes, all you need is an out of the world thought, some great marketing skills and someone to believe in you to bring that idea to life.   Girl Scouts, we are going to learn how to bring a business concept to reality and the one thing every successful entrepreneur has in common.  Join Pam, founder of Vine Images, INC as she walks you through real life experiences and techniques used to become an entrepreneur.  Submit your business pitch to Vine Images for review after your course.

Get ready to become an outdoor artist as you connect with nature and create something helpful to the environment. You will learn how to see nature with an artist’s eye and find ways to express yourself from photography and painting, to music. Head outside and find art, it doesn’t just exist within the four walls of a museum.

Let’s not forget, music and dance is art too! Our unique program combines the principles of ancient yoga practices with a fun and engaging twist, which is coupled with music and horses. Enjoy yoga classes from a certified yoga instructor which includes breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, movement, games, activities, and lots of fun! It gets even better! We use horses in our lessons to facilitate emotional awareness, confidence, trust and empathy.

Life isn’t always easy, but dealing with tricky emotions doesn’t have to be so hard. Try activities from the Girl Scouts: Resilient. Ready. Strong. program to unlock a patch and strengthen your mental wellness. Nobody can snap their fingers and make the world all sunshine and lollipops, but you can take steps to be ready when things get tough. Go get ‘em, Girl Scout!

Jewelry is a beautiful accessory that can highlight your natural beauty and make you feel more confident.  When you design and make your own jewelry, your accessory options are nearly endless. You can learn simple and exciting techniques on how to make jewelry from the comfort and convenience of your home with our DIY Jewelry Kit.  The course teaches a brief history of jewelry, how your jewelry blanks were designed and made and how to create each item in your kit.  The kit includes: a set of dangle earrings and trinket dish.  The kit is complete with all supplies needed.  We do recommend:

• pair of needle nose pliers to help secure hardware pieces
• scissors
• paper towels

After a year of learning inside, it’s time to get outdoors! The new Math in Nature badges build on one another as Girl Scouts learn about shapes, numbers, and design in nature. They’ll plan a hiking adventure, create trail maps, and design a bird feeder—all while learning math concepts and how they apply outside the classroom.

Earn all three badges with the Math in Nature bundle.  Everything is virtual and self-paced.  The live zoom is optional, will focus on one craft project and group discussion on nature, when available.

Every Girl Scout deserves a chance to learn all about horses in a safe and fun environment. The problem is most horse stables want you to become familiar with horses before you take lessons. We have partnered with Horsin’ Around Stables to create fun, engaging, kid friendly horse courses to meet all badge requirements that give you a great foundation to build upon.
