Aromatherapists say that lavender and rose help people de-stress and relax. Try the recipe below and make bath bombs to help you feel calmer when you need a break.
Bath Bomb Recipe
- 1 cup of baking soda – Amazon
- 1/2 cup of citric acid – Amazon
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch – Amazon
- 1/2 cup of Epsom salts – Amazon
- 3 t oil (vegetable oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or olive oil)
- 2 t essential oil (for a soothing scent – adjust to your preference) – Amazon
- 1 t water
- Optional: 1 to 2 drops of food coloring

Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients, mix well
- Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl
- Slowly add wet ingredients to dry mix
- Pack mixture into molds to dry
If your mixture is too dry, you can add witch hazel for moisture. Adding water to your mixture will not work.
