Description
To promote Mental Health Awareness Month, we are offering $2 Tuesday – Treat Yourself to Yoga.
This will include a 30 minute yoga lesson focusing on meditation and yoga. An optional craft project is included.
This course is pre-recorded and virtual, you will have access May 24th – June 7th.

Optional Craft Supplies Needed:
- Jar or water bottle
- Glitter
- Clear Glue
- Warm Water
Important Information:
- This course does require some physical activity, participate at your comfort level.
- This course is roughly 30 minutes.
- The badge is not included, please purchase from your local Girl Scout Council.
- You will need a quiet open space with a little room to move around.
- A yoga mat is not required.
- Price is per Girl Scout.
